Be A Hero........Sponsor A Child In Need
Interested in sponsoring a child from the Ethiopia trash dump? This will send a child to boarding school and give the child food, shelter, clothes and education for the year. This will literally transform their life and give them a future. We were recently moved to bring awareness to this area after visiting there on our recent Ordinary Hero mission trip. Visit our Kicking And Dreaming page for info on this recent trip. WATCH THIS VIDEO to see why we are so moved to action. Won’t you consider sponsoring a child from this area today?
Contact Erin Allen at Erin@p61.org to sign up to sponsor one of these children. Ordinary Hero is partnering with Project 61 to make this dream of sponsorship a reality for these children. “I was honored to travel to Sierra Leone this past Sept, 09 alongside The Raining Season. We put our hearts and passion for the orphan together to create an amazing opportunity to bring hope to many orphans who have had no hope at all. In spite of many in-country obstacles, I was able to witness and take part in the grand opening of an amazing new care center called The Covering, owned and operated by The Raining Season. After witnessing and spending time with the precious children of Sierra Leone, it is now my goal to help aid in finding sponsorship for these children who now, for the first time in their lives, with your help, have an amazing opportunity to have all their dreams come true.”

Ordinary Hero Foundation Please click the picture to the left to go directly to the
TRS website to inquire about sponsoring a child in
Sierra Leone, Africa. There are many sponsorship
opportunities available
including Nutrition, Education,
Medical and Personal. The goal
is to create a lasting, personal
relationship with the sponsored
child and his/her sponsor. This
will include communication
through letters, photos, and best
of all...SKYPE, the free internet,
live communication source. ...once our eyes are opened, we can’t pretend we don’t know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, knows that we know, and holds us responsible to act.
