And God Blessed Us With Two

What does it take to be a hero? A hero in my life is one who simply hit forward on an email. It was an email that contained an image of my future two sons. On July 1st, my husband's bible reading for the day was Psalms 127 & 128. Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him. We were encouraged at the reminder of God's promise, due to our eleven years of infertility struggles.
I went to work checking my email and saw I had something from Tina Keil, one of my dear friends from Nashville, TN. The email was actually a forward from Kelly Putty. She had just returned from Ethiopia and used her "hero" skills to take photos of the children in the waiting program at Hannah's Hope orphanage.
I can't explain the emotions that ran through me as I looked at the faces of two precious brothers ages 3 & 5. I quickly called Tina, who gave me Kelly's phone number. Kelly's passion for adoption was infectious even over the phone!
One month later and my husband and I are digging thru the paper work for our dossier and home study. We are thrilled to be expecting our two sons from Ethiopia!
Thank you Tina and Kelly for being "heroes" in my journey to motherhood!!!
