Fancher Family’s Journey to Judah

I always thought my husband and I would determine the size of our family, but after 3 years of trying for a second baby, God took us on a beautiful faithfilled journey called adoption. He led us to the nation of Ethiopia, where a precious baby boy, who'd been abandoned on the streets, was chosen for us. His name was Dawit. On the day we received our official referral, I found out I was pregnant! God was giving us two babies! Many assumed we would stop the adoption process, but our hearts were convinced that God had led us to that baby boy...he was OUR SON! In June of 2008, we traveled to Ethiopia to bring Judah Dawit Fancher home. Four months later, he became a big brother! We fall more in love with Judah every day and we thank the Lord for this amazing work of the heart called ADOPTION!
